Too much legs going on lately on the forum....couldn't resist to BBQ me some legs too.

Brined them in chardonnay,lime juice,L&P,water,Lawry's seasoned salt and cane sugar.
APhter that I brushed the legs with a mixture of olive oil and soya based BBQ sauce.

The pistachio's were grinded in the pestle&mortar and mixed with Dizzy Pig's Jamaican Phirewalk,Dizzy Dust and some salt.

Tried to whip up some corndogs on the WGA yesterday....not looking forward to cleaning that mess!!! Huge fail with the batter!!
 
That pork looks like it's just the way I like it. Not lean!
