The Wife showed up with these St. Louis cuts on sale for $7.50 a rack. Threw them on the WSM and used the SM Spicy Apple rub for the first time. Dayum! They were good! Coated them with a little sauce about 20 mins before pulling. No foil this time, wanted to try it without. Could not believe how much meat on these bones!

Is this unusual? We don't normally come by ribs with this much meat on the bones.
 
Nice score! Those look like they have twice the meat on them, are you sure it wasn't two racks meat glued together :p
