Its been too long since I cooked a fatty...so this morning picked up a couple J.D. Maple, rolled them out almost a block of cream cheese and some jalapenos. Rubbed w/ Billy Bones and Turbinado sugar. Cant wait to cut into...about 30 minutes.

Looks awesome! I did my first Fatty a few days ago; I used queso cheese and jalepenos chopped with cilantro.

Very pretty fatty. Mine always have some leakage when i stuff that much. Guess i need to practice more.
