I don't remember who I told I would post a picture of what I thought was a good looking brisket, but here it is. Crazy thick flat even though this picture does not show it.

Prime packer from Sam's, it was good for 2nd out of 64. Too bad it was our only call. :roll:

Very nice... someone's gotta ask though, details on the cook?

I've never seen prime at my local Sam's, only choice, although Costco here does. What does it run per lb at Sam's nowadays?

Prime will take more heat than an average choice. I cook HOT on a drum.

I paid like $3.50, but they were less the entire last year.
 
Wow, wish I could find a brisket like that. I would turn it into a Pastrami! :-D
That is one nice looking piece of meat!
