Today it's pulled pork, with some huge boneless butts that someone gave me.

2 salads, also. One is a Swiss chard salad with pancetta, shallots, shaved Parmesan Reggiano, and a balsamic vinegar/honey/ancho chile dressing.

The other salad is fennel, red pear, endive, spinach, candied walnuts, with a basic champagne vinegar vinaigrette.

And the bonus: pan seared scallops with wild mushroom risotto!

The BBQ looks great without a doubt, But let me just say that the pan seared Scallops on top of the wild mushroom risotto just looks awsome, so im my way to the store now.
 
The French ARE nuts, but they make a good Silpat!
And the Risotto is great stuff. It takes some effort, but it's worth it (just lots of stirring mostly).
