10 pound butt injected with AJ, sugar, water, worsitshire sauce, and blues hog rub. Rubbed liberally with blues hog rub.

The day after my blues hog score my other local grocery store had butts for 1.20$ per pound so it was kismet!
 
If I leave now and I can it there by 3:00!!!!!!! :razz:

I've got 10 gals of beer on tap and I can just walk in there in about 3 minutes! Set another plate!

Great looking Q there. I have been interested in the iGrill for a while. Just for the graphs really. I have a Maverick, but I think I might find it interesting to see the graphs for each cook.
