Still can't figure out why everyone was talking so loud and slow to me the next morning. :loco:
 
Whoa there big fella'! There was no keg slacking here. I had at least 5 red cups of beer in the area that were mine. Problem was I couldn't seem to find them....

I'll be doing more than just tri-tip chili, just haven't decided yet, but for sure will be doing my Jamaican Jerk chicken wings :becky:.

Your chili sounds interesting & definitely different than Dave's chili Chad. I don't see any issue.

I say yes to the chilies :thumb:. I will also have coffee for the early morning arrivals, and speaking of that, can I get an idea of what time the earliest I need to be at the shop.

I'll be arriving Friday afternoon to spend a couple of nights.
Pick a time I'll be there.....I'm an OLD GUY, probably be awake anyhow :hand: 'nuf said....
If ya know where the donut shop is......ahhhhhhhhhh oooooooops :tape:
I'll spring if we know how many need an early sugar fix.....OK
 
It is looking like the Sir Pork clan may well be in attendance.

Stay tuned as I figure out what I am bringing/cooking.

Figure a kettle or two for sure.
 
So count me in for some hot wings ala Adam Perry Lang with a little twist. They taste great but are really messy to eat so I will bring a roll of paper towels.

So, I will make:

1. 2 pastramis. One for groundhog and one for the rest of the people.
2. Hot wings. Not too hot.
3. Chicken or rabbit Paella. Depends on which one I hit with the truck first.
