1.71 lb. rack of lamb from Costco at a good price

With all the fix ins in the blender

Into a ziplock and into the fridge for 3 hrs. This time more next

On the searing grill @ 450* for 4 min. aside

Pulled @ 130* interior temp. And let rest for 15 min.

Grilled some romaine with Balsamic vinagar and Ranch dressing

Served with baked potatoe butter, green onion, and sautéed red onion and also sautéed mushrooms. The romaine also had sautéed onion I could not have cooked this meal without my wife Jackie's help

Recipe for Marinade:

1/2 C Olive oil

1/2 C balsamic vinegar

1 C Port Wine

1 whole sweet onion chopped

1 Head Garlic

Rosemary

Fennel seedy

1 T Spice Hunter Steak & Chop Grill & Broil Blend

1 T Spice Hunter Lemon Pepper

1 T Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute

1/4 C Mint Sauce

Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse, put into a plastic bag with the Lamb Chops to marinate into the fridge. Min. 1 hr.

Ross that plate looks absoutely amazing. The lamb looks perfect :hungry::hungry::hungry:You can do repeats of this any time you want
 
I have to stop opening your threads and Cowgirl's threads in the morning! Oatmeal just isn't going to cut it after seeing that!
