I've used potato buns and like them better than regular buns but I can't honestly say that I've seen a Martins brand here.

Martins is just now expanding to the Midwest (Chicago). They are mostly available in the Mid-Atlantic/NYC/Boston region. They built a plant in GA a few years ago for Florida....now they are moving west.

They are unlike any potato roll on the market.
