No, I did them in the Egg. If you looked them up, you probably saw the standard recipe (which is very good) that uses pounded beef, mustard, seasonings, dill pickle. Then they get dredged in flour and pan fried, then simmered in a brown sauce for about an hour or so...
I was pleased with these, easy to make and way different. Mrs ~t~ was right, when grilled they do taste similar to a cheeseburger.
