I got a killer deal on some organic, free range chicken thigh meat the other day, so I bought a bunch of it. I read a few of the recent chicken bomb threads, and had supplies to make some, so I did that yesterday.

Thigh Meat, Mexican cheese, jalepeños, and bacon chicken bombs.

You guys are teasing me with these chicken bombs... will have to do them soon.
 
Another cool thing about chicken bombs is that there must be a hundred ways to stuff them. I used what I happened to have on hand.

Looks great CD! :clap2: I'm gonna have to try thighs instead of breast and a rubbed no sauce version now.

I didn't keep track of the cook time, although the direct part was only a few minutes at the end to finish the bacon. I used a probe thermometer to tell when they were done.
