That looks great! I am waiting for the 20ish ducks to go on sale at the the local grocery store and thinking gumbo will be happening soon...:hungry:
 
Color is great. Any filé or rice to seal the deal?

EDIT - Just noticed the rice cake. Smooth move.

15 degrees for the high up here today. That would definitely help to warm the bones! Looks delicious! :thumb:
