just me and my boys for dinner tonight, so we went with some venison burgers (wife doesn't much care for it :tsk
. Seasoned really simply with SPOG, and formed some patties, and on to the OTG over RO briqs for some indirect love...
let those go for a while, then threw the buns on for a really light toasting
then a nice sear
...and assembled with some mayo, onion jam, and Ronelle mod. Plated with some roasted fingerling potatoes (just S&P and a little EVOO)
edit: cheese was some provolone I smoked last month
best part was that my wife wasn't here to give me a hard time about my portion size :icon_blush:
