Some swear by them, some swear at them!

I use a sharp knife and have never been a fan of the electric knife, however that it MY hangup.

As a judge I've seen several brisket boxes that were obviously cut with an electric knife and had the spiffy "wavy" look. I don't think anyone at my table marked it down, but we definately talked about it later!
