Quick ??? When you "hang again over night". What is the room temp during this step?

The room temp in my shed is about 45 *

I like your use of fishing poles as hanging rods... I'm not a fisihing fan myself so now I know what to use the few rods I have for. :)

That's just the ones that are hung up, theirs about 10 more in the corner, I was looking at a place to hang a fowl and said that shal work lol

its not complete yet, but its getting their. I just buy a piece of equipment every few months so it doesn't hurt so much. I figure buy the time im ready to retire I shall have an very good setup going
