Season with Loot N Booty Everything Rub and Killer Hogs AP. Threw them over some B&B Hickory Lump for a couple of minutes on each side then took them off the coals to finish.

After they hit an IT of 138 put a glaze of Yes Dear Comp on and gave them another 5min or so.

Served with Baked Cheddar Cheese Grits and Green Beans.

I like it a lot, been my go to Rub on ribs for a couple of years now.

A little and you get to bake a nice cheesy crust on the top which makes them even better.
