I have been wanting to try Steph's Peppered Cow, and I finally got the opportunity on Saturday.

Beef Short Ribs on the BGE, running 275 degrees.

5 hours later, moist and tender goodness. If you haven't tried the Peppered Cow yet, give it a shot, you will not regret it.

Mmmm... Love Peppered Cow on short ribs... And burgers... And brisket... And chuckies... And steaks...

Hmmm... Looks like my 5lb. bag is almost empty...
 
Peppered Cow is one of my favorites. Awesome ribs Tim, they look killer!
 
I ran out of Holy Cow and been using Dizzy Pig Cow Lick, which is great, but it doesn't have the nice color for big cuts. Gonna have to pick this one up.

That rub has been on my list to try once I get towards the end of my Meat church Holy Cow rub.
 
Looks good! I have been wanting to try several of the SM rubs. Next time BPS offers free shipping I will be getting some.
 
For the past couple years I've been doing just s&p on beef, and I love it - but lately rubs have been creeping back into the mix and I've really been enjoying that. Peppered cow is definitely a great beef rub.
