Leftover Potatoes from the BGE

I had some leftover red potatoes that were done on the BGE yesterday, so I sliced them up, put them in a skillet with some oil and butter, added some basil, then served with fresh tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and fleur de sel salt.

Once again, fantastic.

The colors of the presentation with the food and background are very complimentary. Looks like Fall to me.

And beyond the visual, I know this was a great snack.
