Stubbs-it's about the only briquettes I'll use. It doesn't have nearly as much of that nasty, acrid, chemical smoke when you light it as Kingsford does. Fresh-lit Kingsford smells like burning plastic to me. I've never figured out why people worry about having white smoke from wood, but are fine with using the Minion method with briquettes with all the nasty stuff in them and that black, acrid smoke rolling off them until they ash over.
