Thank you so much for everyone's comments. I feel incredibly blessed. Never had a smoker like this rig. Muscrat went above and beyond, especially with his week he had! My next post will be a turkey cook. Then I'll show a biscuit test.

There has been a bit of a monkey wrench thrown in the construction of any cookers. We have a contract on our house and the closing should be in 3 weeks. Yep it get worse. We have no other place to live so we are gonna move out to some land I have and stay in my camper. It's gonna be brutal. But as soon as I line out a place to build I'll let everyone know.
 
Maybe. I might have my dad store it for me. He lives in Joshua

WOW!!

That thing is gorgeous! I'm a noob with the offset smokers and I'm trying to learn how to run the one I bought. I can cook on it but I'm still working on a tuning plate setup that works well... I just need to spend some more time with it :)

That's one serious smoker! I like the lid handle. Adds a nice touch.
