On my last visit to BBQ PD's shop, Dave mentioned that he noticed that I haven't been posting much lately. Work has been kickin my booty & I just haven't had that much time to post.

Here's what I did manage cook over the holiday weekend:

A little chicken & shallots stir fry (along with some broccoli, ginger, & garlic):

Wow, perfect brisket slices. If i could only be so lucky...i am having my first brisket cook tomorrow
 
Nice brisket slices and great smoke ring, also nice smoking ring on te pork.
 
Great looking food John... I can just imagine how good that chicken tasted and your brisket always looks so moist and juicy! :mrgreen:

Nice Brisket! I like that smoke ring. What type of wood did you smoke with?

Smoke wood was a 2:1 ratio of hickory:cherry.
