I tried out some of Todd's Dirt on 3 pieces of pork.....yummmmm!
The other to pieces are rubbed with McCormick Montreal Steak.

Padawan also got me some Phresh homegrown garden veggies that she got from relatives.
She brought me lettuce,rhubarb,spring onion and snow pea.

Great looking grub! That is an amazing looking roast. Naturally the meat gets the most attention, but the sides are equally amazing. I'm glad to be able to say I know this Phrom experience! :thumb:

Yesterday's potato salad was similair to the one we ate.

Yesterday I picked quite some of those chive Phlowers...it's growing pretty quick!
Good thing you got me a big jar of that Dirt stuPh!:cool:
