Well, that was difficult in the third round, it was down to Smokin Aussie and Bluetang. I love that Siu yuk style of pork belly, in the end, it was Bill as he really does pork belly in so many ways, all things being equal, I had to go with the guy I know plays with belly the most.

Bills had the flavor profile I love, Bluetang has the great color and that meat look incredible. Such a toss up.

Tough. I went with ---k---'s amazing bacon! No wait, I went with Bingo. I love those grill marks in the second photo, and the slices looked so appetizing. I wanted some. I wanted some of Cha Cha Hut's sandwich too. Man that looked tasty. But then again, ---k---'s bacon. Wow!@! I heard he had some of that bacon this weekend on BLT with a garden fresh tomato and it was most excellent.

Great entries everyone. It was a lot of fun to see some stuff I don't normally see. :thumb:

I actually licked my monitor.

It was SmokinAussie's pic that compelled me to risk electrocution for a possible transmission of porkly goodness but I wish I could vote for them all. (BTW, it tasted like dust but I'm pretty sure that is my issue).

Went with Gore's. So easy to imagine just picking one of those farkers up and eating it. That said, all the entries, as usual, are great. I'd love to be buried in them and eat my way out.

This is INSANE. ALL of these look Fanfarkintastical.

Smoking Aussie's entry makes you want to yell "Hey; look at that Squirrel
over there!" and when everybody looks; you grab the pan of cooked
pork belly and take off running with it; so you can have it all to yourself.

Then each entry after that looked equally enticing. And Gore's entry....you
think that's Bacon....no wait, That's Pork Belly!!! Look at how beautiful
that is; it belongs in a picture frame on the wall. No it doesn't!
It belongs in my stomach....and there's Pork Belly salads, and sandwiches,
and more. And Bingo's Pork Belly entry...the color spectrum across those
slices is very enticing.

There needs to be a Buffet where we can try all of these.
Great job to all the entrants....very good job on the Pork Belly Throwdown.

Never having done pork belly probably means that I shouldn't be allowed to vote. However my vote was counted.
