I need to break mine out more often. Does anyone spin a rib roast for the holidays? I just smoke them on the grate. Just wondering.

Mine is the favorite grilling/smoking accessory I have ever bought. Game changer for poultry. I need to try using it for other things more often.

Ain't got one but think I need one. Mighty fine lookin' chooks* there!

I have one that has been gathering dust for years.
In fact, it's in its original box and has never been used.
After seeing those birds, I know I have to give it a try.

I just bought one for my Hasty Bake but have not tried it out yet. I also have one for my Weber Genesis 1000 but have not used it in years.

That food looks great.

Between Amazon and eBay there are a lot of choices, many of which are not good. I had some, at best 'mixed', experiences with these and gas grills and found they were more trouble than they were worth due to low quality overall and weak motors.

Roasting a bird or roast over a Kettle or WSM though would be sweet with a GOOD rotisserie!
