Grabbed more Charcoal at the Store - Just Topped off the Chute - it's burned maybe 3 lbs Today so Far.......I'm Digging this Smoker - Don't need a Shelf cuz Top is Perfect height for Pans, Plates, trays......Maybe Not for Wemens and Runts but Perfect for Me.......

15 minutes - this Thing is Pretty Even - Right side on All 3 grates seems a tad Hotter...... Of course Loaded with meat could be different.....

Biscuits Tasting Good - Butter Flavor Jumbo from Pop can........Pretty Even Tops and Bottoms of Biscuits from All 3 Grates - some look Grey some Don’t

Grey is soot. Same thing happened on my biscuit test. We put them in too early. You have to make sure exhaust smells clean before food goes in.

Been Running 6 hrs but I did toss a cpl New Big Wood Chunks into Burn Box at same Time....... Greyish Ones Taste the Same as others........
 
I'm digging this Smoker - need to Do a cpl 2-3 Briskets in it........
