50 slabs?

For that price, you can get a stumps or somethimg along those lines for much less. It does look cool, but the price seems a bit high.
i like the diamond plate.

Well maybe. There are holders for 10 shelves, and maybe you could get 5 racks of Baby Backs on each shelf. Still, even with its air flow system, I don't see how that much meat crammed in there would cook evenly without rotation. What do you think?

I think the price reflects that it is NSF rated.

I agree, but this appears to be designed to work inside in a commercial kitchen. Wonder how then work the exhaust?
 
I went to their web page it say the same thing 50 slabs of ribs or 250lb of cut meat, it is also have electrical elements to assist in cooking
