Our September Special Throwdown Category is...
"Recreate Your Restaurant Favorites!"
This was DerHusker's winning entry in the 2016 "Recreate Your Restaurant" Favorites Throwdown
CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING
1. Prepare a meal or dish that you have recreated from a restaurant of your choosing. This can range from a single food item served in a hole in the wall, to fast food, all the way up to a five star dining establishment that you have been inspired to recreate on your own. It can be anything from an appetizer to a 4 course meal. You MUST name the establishment and location the food item(s) was inspired by. Yelp reviews and or photos of the original dish or food item is always encouraged!
2. This is an OPEN CATEGORY meaning you can cook whatever you like as long as it reflects the above theme and conforms to standard Throwdown rules.
3. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this TD only!
You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 9/6 through Monday 9/30/19.
Entry pictures must be submitted by 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 9/30/19.
