Lazzari Mesquite Lump

I posted a picture on the three 40 lb. bags of Lazzari Mesquite Lump that I purchased from Costco. Yesterday I put that lump into my storage containers. Here are the pictures (Business card and 6” ruler for reference) and my general observations:

1/2 of these bags were large, very large or even giant size pieces. (See 1st pic)
1/4 to 1/3 for these bags were medium size pieces. (See second pic)
1/4 to 1/3 for these bags were small to dust size pieces. (See third pic)

Closed up and ready to grill.

I've used this (Lazzari) brfore and I can't really tell much difference between this and RO or B&B. Having said that I did do my TG & Christmas turkey's with B&B oak. For the price you just can't beat this stuff.
