Here are a few pictures of my first UDS and first spare, after i took the spare off the smoker i opened up all the intake holes and raised the temp. to cook 2 chicken breast and 1 sirlion steak all of which turned out very good. Not bad for a first time smoke. Looking forward to useing my smoker a lot. Held temps. with no problems.
