Better late than never! I left to go hunting early the day after Xmas so just now having time to post.

Dinner turned out awesome:

1) Dry aged prime rib roast cooked for 6 hours in sous vide and finished in broiler convection oven (used suggestion here to finish the medium well pieces in the aus just which did GREAT)
2) Home made stuffing stuffed smoked pork loin with an apple juice, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce reduction glaze (cooked on FEC-100 with cherry and apple wood chunks)
3) Sausage stuffing w/ apples and cranberries
4) Home made mashed potatoes
5) Squash casserole
6) Asparagus
7) Pork gravy and beef aus jus

Wow, what a spread!

(I also dig the serving dishes, and the ease-of-use options / lack of clean-up required)
