Nice dinner for last night. My wife had some mac and cheese going on the stove, so I thought I'd take a little and fix it up to go on the grill with my Top Sirloin. Seasoned up the steaks with Montreal Steak and some gran. garlic, and off I went on my Smokey Joe............

Well my wife made the basic recipe, which is a simple cream sauce with Velveeta cheese melted in and salt and pepper. I just took some of that and grated some cheddar, pepper jack and fresh parmesan on top and cooked it on the Q instead of the oven. She used elbow mac this time, but you can use any kind of mac you like. I'm not sure if that helps you much without measurements, but it's all I got:wink:.
