I marinaded 2 dozen chicken wingettes in a mixture of olive oil, white wine, lemon juice, minced garlic and salt.
I made some hot dogs, sweet Italian sausages and bratwurst.
I made some quesadillas with fresh cilantro, jalapeno peppers, onions, tomatoes and a 4 cheese Mexican mix.
I cooked it all on my 26 3/4" OTG.

My daughter Delia made the margaritas and guacamole.
I provided the beer.

Everything was great!
