TRex Steak with Red potatoes

TRex Method steak turned out perfectly last night. This was my 3rd time grilling steaks. Also had Red Potatoes encrusted with Extra Sharp Cheddar & Parmesan.

I've tended to grill them welldone until last night and the family likes them Medium to Med Rare.
