Not the best presentation. Why? Because when I'm ready to plate I want to eat and I'm afraid it will get cold...But I thought I would post a little scampi on a bed of Risotto pron anyway.

It was ggghhhoooooood!

I would not have needed the garnish on the side. The scampi and risotto are good enough.
 
Everybody, even the other fish, love shrimp. Except my allergic wife. Cant even cook em in the house...so I'll have to come to yours.Good lookin' eats!
 
That looks awesome. I could eat shrimp almost every day. :tongue:
 
Leanza, I know what you mean about presentation and being ready to eat. Sometimes I think RTD does the pretty presentation and photos and has Chinese takeout for dinner that night and has the pretty stuff the next night:-D

Scampi and risotto make a nice combo - did you do the risotto from scratch?

This would be the best way to describe it in it's formatable stage.
