Thats the Houston Live Stock show and Rodeo BBQ for you folks who may not know.

I just got back from working the HSLR for TexasBBQRub. We started Thursday with a privite party for FedEx then on to two other corp events Friday and Saturday. We turned in brisket for our comp meat, I still don't know where we finished. Our own Zeeman from the Texas forum flew in from the Bayou to cook it. We served over a thousand folks in three days. It's a ton of work but once again I had a blast. Sorry I got you in trouble Jorge. :icon_shy

No worries Zilla. I'll just tell the wife that I'm going hunting next year......

This event is the one that bonded Wyatt and I in BBQ. We got to go to the KILT party for some mediocre Q, and won tickets for Pat Green when he played his first year at HLSR. We will be back.
