So I finished my UDS yesterday and decided to cook a couple fatties and a chicken. The UDS has lived up to its hype so far, it holds temps like a champ, thanks to the brethren for the tips and techniques!

Congrats on the build! I can't see the photos but it could be my computer.

congrats on the drum. every time I think I need a new smoker because I think I can't do what I want on my drum, I figure out a way to do it on the drum. most awesome piece of smoking metal you can get for under a $100 if you build it yourself...

I built it myself and for less than $100!!

Good job sir!! Love the UDS. Haven't used the stick burner since I built mine. Not sure what is wrong but mine was much closer to $200. Still very happy.

Great looking drum and food!! Nice job!

You did well. The cooker AND the cook.
