Babbling Farker
Did some pork steaks that were on sale .88 cents lbs. seasoned with webers smokey mesquite and webers Cajun seasoning. Smoked with 2 chunks of plum wood and 1 chunk of orange wood.
After 1 hour and 20 min I wrapped them with coca cola.
The corn got a quick hit over the charcoal then wrapped with butter and chef merito seasoning.
Plated with Maribels homemade potato salad. Bbq sauce was added at the table. Last minute decision.
Nice smoke flavor
Drinking some vodka that was on sale and juice that was on sale.
The drinks were very light and refreshing.
