Whoo-hoo! Promoter tells me she got the State Championship proclamation from the AL governor in the mail today!!

OK, who is it sanctioned by? It is apparently not a KCBS event; not on KCBS schedule. Is it IBCA?
 
Is there a problem with link to the flyer above? It worked fine for me, but then that's on my machine. Yes, it's IBCA sanctioned. My husband and I are the head judges.

Contest
