Thanks everyone! With Sonya home with a sick baby, it was great to go down there with and do well without my right-hand!

I'll tell everyone and I'm sure the people that were there will agree--there is absolutely no reason why there should only be 26 teams at this contest. This was our 11th contest this year (I'm crazy I know) and this was by far the best-run contest I have been to. Free 30 amp power and water line right at your site, pavement and nice location. The Bridgeview Center, where this is held is an awesome modern civic center, and even more awesome for a city the size of Ottumwa. The teaqms were on pavement in the parkign lot of the center, but the emmaculate bathrooms were open for teams 24-7. The goodie bags were filled with things like bottom-less beer cups for the and a $25 gas card. They had local newpaper and tv cameras there taking footage friday night, and the people's choice competition brings in tons of people. The community is really proud of this event. The band was kick-arse and at the end they had a fireworks display. If you have the time to show up Thursday night, they have an amazing cooks dinner cooked by an award winning-chef. The $10,000 payout and unique trophies aren't bad either. ;-)
If you can make it over there in the future, this contest has my highest endorsement, and I would be saying that even if we haven't done well there the past years. :thumb:
