Pork Butt Injection Recipe Needed.

I want to try injecting some butts, and will cook them tonight and Sat night.

I do not have time to order an injection so looking for something simple, probably with a apple juice base.

Anyone have one they are willing to share.

Google Chris Lillys championship injection, it's a very good base injection.

I agree. He also has a nice peach injection, that goes well with pork. Then he chops up the peaches, and adds then to his sauce to put on top. I used it on 5 butts, sold off 4, and it was great, everyone loved it!

AJ with some cheap Balsamic (or your favorite other) vinegar.

Keep it simple for now.

I use about 2 cups Cherry Dr Pepper and two tablespoons of your favorite rub.
