Not cooking anything this weekend - rolling out of the bed at 4:30 am in the morning and driving up to The Jack! I will then buy a T Shirt and act a fool since I will be out of state.

We are doing ribs and brisket on the Assassin and comparing it to the same on the FEC 100. Should be interesting. Our subjects will not know which was done on each cooker!

I haven't had a chance to cook in a month but I am planning to make some ribs and brats tomorrow. Hopefully, instead of my usual "I messed Up. What did I do wrong?" post I will have a "Look at how good this looks" post on Monday.
