Thirty Racks in a Bandera
Almost a full load :D

What a great idea for a charity cook.
Great job on the cooking guys.

First place paid &1000.00 and was won by Tres Hombre another team from the AZBBQA.Also Oink County Cookers won for Anything Butt, both of these teams went to the Jack Daniels.

Thanks everyone!! It was a tight fit with 30 racks of untrimmed spare ribs stuffed into the Bandera and no one would believe it until they actually saw it the day of the contest. We had a great time and maybe next year we'll try for 40 racks at once.

We had them stacked in there like cards standing on end with a total of 4 grates and we did not use any rib racks. We had to rotate the slabs often to expose all the side to the heat but it worked well.
