I got inspired by Ross's post this morning and tried this chicken recipe. Couldn't fit 2 spatchcocked birds on the egg so had to cut them in half. Really good flavor on the chicken.
looks like the Honey Glazed Chicken in Lang's book 'Serious Barbecue".s this from BBQ25? if so, which recipe? i own the book.
