made my 2nd fattie yesterday (ground beef) as my 3rd cook on my UDS and decided to up the complexity just for fun. (saw some pics of others wrapping in dough and thought that looked great)

This one was pizza with some ham, mozza, onion, tomatoes, pizza sauce, mushrooms, and pickled hot banana peppers. (I have a serious addiction to the pickled banana peppers, I need to seek help but they just work for me in everything) used cookie plunger as fattie piston

wrapped in bacon weave and onto smoker at about 250 till 165 internal then wrapped in pizza dough and into 500 oven for about 10-15 min till nice and brown. my dough pattern needs work but it worked really well and family really liked it but wife wants it next time with cheese oozing out when cut. (something I was actually trying to avoid as I like the look of the nicely contained slice when serving. using electric knife cuts them nice and neat.
