I vote a fatty filled with ham, cream cheese and jalapenos, then wrapped in bacon weave. Then you get 3 styles of pork. You could fill your fatty with pulled pork, cream cheese and jalapenos too. Yum! What about some ribs for app? Everyone loves ribs! A year without pork is like an hour without breathing, not possible!
