After working heller overtime the last few days, wife handed me a fussy one year old (he's sick, usually a REALLY happy baby) on the way into the house tonight and said she was taking the other kids to 4H. Mr. Man did NOT want to be put down, so this is what I had to do. Sauteed up some shrooms, onions, and garlic in coconut oil, then added some Chinese wine to reduce with some oyster sauce and Sriracha. Fried some grassfed burgers partway and put the veggie goop back in with the burgers to get happy a bit. Honestly, I could eat this again. And yes, I did it all one handed while holding little man. He went in the booster for 30 seconds for the one pic and went into revolt, so he got right back out. Gonna (hopefully) sleep good tonight!
