Hour and 15 @ 250 a simple mix veal, pork, beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, red pepper and some locatelli cheese.

Those looked phenomenal! I love smoked poblanos stuffed and those are a must try...not to mention presentation...wow!

I thought you could not make peppers without bacon. Those look great even without.

Thanks for all the positive comments:-D, The peppers were a big hit at dinner and the few that are left over will make its way to a brunch omelet this weekend.
