I love Talapia and always have several pounds in the freezer just because it is so versatile in many recipes.

Sauce is simple and pretty damn tasty.
3 parts tartar sauce.
1 part horseradish, its a mild version, not super hot.
chipotle sauce till you like it the taste, I used about 2 tbsp.
It provided some great taste and a bit of hotness that I like.
