smoked treats for Christmas

anyone got some good ideas for Christmas treats?
I've done some honey maple with alder smoked salmon that turned out great.
Thought about trying smoking belly for bacon but don't have time to cure it.
I'm just so impressed with my UDS I want to smoke everything!

Actually...I suppose Chex Mix might work with some bacon in it...
