Franklin Using Oyler Smokers

Actually, this new venture of his sounds an awful lot like Uncle Pete's here in Massachusetts. Pete passed away and his restaurant closed. But his wife was from Thailand and they offered traditional bbq fare along with Asian fusion type sides.

There’s a BBQ place in Mass called BT’s Smokehouse that uses 2 Oyler’s to keep their customers fed.

Hutchins BBQ in McKinney use 3 of the wood fed kind to crank out their meats.

Awesome Pic! Oyler's are a big part of Texas BBQ history, and I've had some great BBQ coming out of one. If you're ever near downtown Dallas, check out Slow Bone BBQ, and their Oyler smoker named "Bessie"!

There is an extensive client listing on JR’s website
